About Me

I always loved space as a kid. I would look at a room or what could be a room and immediately start moving things around in my mind for how it could be better, more functional or different. I also loved to build things and use my hands to create interesting furniture or solves for both form and function. But, as a kid, you don’t get to make those calls!

I moved to New York City in 2001 and purchasing an apartment here was a dream 20 years in the making. I bought my apartment on Livingston Street in 2022 and embarked on a year+ long journey of renovations, DIY projects, and obsessing over home decor and style. This platform is a place where I’ve captured that journey and all the ups, downs, creative inspirations, purchases along the way. I hope you enjoy it! Even though my apartment is a mighty 690 square feet (not bad for a NYC studio!), there were plenty of projects big and small to tackle…and I’m not done yet! Although this is my first and primary property, my goal is to continue to add to my portfolio and share more renovations, DIY and decor along the way from new properties near and far.

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don’t look even slightly believable.
